We only include data that we feel is highly relevant to your needs but have used sophisticated technology where appropriate to do so. For example the Google Mapping software is fully automated, meaning that road maps and satellite photography of the properties you view are automatically displayed. This is ideal if you are not familiar with the location of the property and the surrounding area.

Why not take advantage of features like the email alert service which will send you an email the second a property matching your chosen specification comes on to the market? Simply click on the 'save search for email updates' button to set up this facility.

Also the saved properties section allows you to save the details of properties that interest you and print off the key information when you are ready to make contact with the selling estate agent.

the people behind it

Dominic Toller, Managing Director
Dominic has worked in the property and financial services industry for 19 years. He has a degree in languages and economics and a post grad qualification in marketing. Most recently he held the position of director of marketing and new business at LMS, a provider of conveyancing and HIP services. Prior to that, he headed up the marketing departments for Bank of Ireland Home Mortgages and Bristol & West Mortgages. During that time Dominic has been a regular commentator on the mortgage, conveyancing and property markets on TV and Radio news and has been extensively quoted in the national and trade press.

Joanne Hayes, Operations Director
Joanne has nearly 20 years experience in managing the operations side of a business, spent predominantly in the North West of England. She went straight in to the workforce on leaving school, during which time she has worked for a banking organisation, a glazing business and has set up and run her own company also in the building sector. Her proven track record in managing a team to deliver the highest standards of customer service speaks for itself and is an essential ingredient in ensuring PropertyEarth achieves its goals.
